At UV Print USA, we stand behind the quality of our UV flatbed printers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.

All purchases require full payment in advance. If you need financing, please arrange it through your own bank or financial institution before placing your order.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all UV flatbed printers purchased from UV Print USA.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your printer. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect covered under warranty.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your UV flatbed printer must meet the following conditions:

Original Condition

The printer must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

All Components Included

All accessories, manuals, cables, and original packaging materials must be included.

No Damage

The printer must be free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of use.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return your UV flatbed printer:

Contact Us

Call us at (407) 528-5097 or email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Package the Printer

Carefully repack the printer in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components. Include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Return

Ship the printer to the address provided in your return authorization. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning the printer for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned printer, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions. Here's what happens next:

Inspection (1-3 Business Days)

Our quality team will inspect the returned printer to verify it meets all return conditions.

Approval Notification

We'll email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected, including the reason if rejected.

Refund Processing (5-10 Business Days)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please Note:

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returns made for reasons other than defects or errors on our part. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

No restocking fee will be charged if the return is due to a manufacturer defect, shipping damage, or an error by UV Print USA.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Printers that have been used, installed, or show signs of operation

Custom-ordered or specially configured printers

Consumables such as ink, printheads, or replacement parts

Items returned after the 30-day return window without prior authorization

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your UV flatbed printer for a different model, please contact us at (407) 528-5097 or [email protected].

Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require payment of the price difference if the new model costs more. If the new model costs less, we will refund the difference after deducting any applicable restocking fees.

The 30-day return window and all return conditions still apply to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective printer, please contact us immediately at (407) 528-5097 or [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. No restocking fee will apply to damaged or defective items.

Warranty Information

All UV Print USA flatbed printers come with a manufacturer's warranty. Issues that arise after the 30-day return window may be covered under warranty.
